Berry blast protein smoothie
A tasty and nutritious way to start the day.
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup Anchor Manuka Honey Greek Style Yoghurt
- 1 cup Anchor Protein+ Milk
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and wizz together until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and top with a few fresh seasonal berries, or pour into a drink bottle or reuseable cup for breakfast on the go.
Tip: Leave out the protein powder for a tasty and filling drink for kids.
