Frosé
Ingredients
1 bottle dry Rosé.
300g strawberries, hulled and halved.
50g caster sugar.
Juice of 1 lemon.
Method
Pour the Rosé into a deep dish and freeze overnight.
The next day soak the strawberries in the sugar to release their juices.
Blend the Rosé, strawberries and lemon and serve!
Tip: you can make this frosé non-alcoholic with a bottle of zero alcohol Rosé, like Edenvale Alcohol Removed Rosé.
