Peanut butter and jelly smoothie

A classic flavour combination made into a drink! This super simple peanut butter and jelly smoothie is blended with berries and is ready in under 5 minutes. It’s great to have for breakfast or as an afternoon treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries

  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries

  • 2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter + extra to garnish

  • 2 ½ cups milk of your choice

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth then pour into tall glasses.

  2. Drizzle extra peanut butter over the top.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Top tip: Garnish your smoothies with chia or hemp seeds and extra frozen raspberries.
