Chocolate crackles
These crunchy treats are easy to prepare and ideal for kid's birthday parties.

- 100g milk chocolate
 - 40g rice bubbles or cornflakes
 - 1 teaspoon golden syrup
 
Method
- Line a muffin pan with paper muffin cases.
 - Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts. Stir in the rice bubbles or cornflakes until coated in chocolate. Then stir in the golden syrup.
 - Put the mixture in the muffin cases and place in the fridge to set.
