Banana split
A quick and easy dessert for two, this banana split is drizzled with dark chocolate and rainbow sprinkles. You’ll just need four ingredients to whip it together. Make mini kid-friendly portions with half a banana each.

- 2 bananas
- Your favourite ice cream (we used Neapolitan)
- Melted dark chocolate or chocolate syrup
- Sprinkles
Method
- Peel the bananas and cut each in half lengthways.
- Arrange the bananas on plates or shallow dishes. Add scoops of ice cream between the banana halves.
- Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
- Top with sprinkles, then serve and enjoy.
Tips:
- Have some fun decorating your banana split with whipped cream and chopped toasted peanuts or sliced almonds for extra crunch.
