Mango frozen yoghurt

Just what you need to cool off from that blazing heat! This super simple mango frozen yoghurt is ready in an instant. Our tamariki can’t help but lick their lips at this one. Perfect eaten as is, or complete with fresh mint, toasted coconut and extra fresh mango if you're feeling a little extra.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 2 ½ Tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 cups Pams mango chunks

  • Fresh mint, optional

  • Toasted thread coconut, optional

  • Fresh mango, optional

Method

  1. Place the yoghurt, maple syrup and mango chunks in a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the blender as necessary.

  2. Serve immediately garnished with mint, toasted coconut and mango or transfer to a container and store in the freezer.
