
Summer fruits smoothie popsicles

Transform your favourite summer fruits into scrumptious smoothie popsicles for a cool and refreshing snack.
Ingredients
½ cup diced pineapple
½ cup frozen or fresh diced mango
½ cup orange juice
½ cup Greek yoghurt
Mixed Berry
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
½ cup orange juice
½ cup Greek yoghurt
Strawberry and Watermelon
½ cup strawberries
½ cup diced watermelon
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup Greek yoghurt
Method
Place all of your chosen smoothie popsicle ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth, then pour into popsicle moulds.
Freeze overnight, then enjoy.
Top tip: These yummy smoothie popsicles can also be made with milk instead of orange juice. For extra sweetness, add some honey or maple syrup.
