Ingredients

  • Assorted cheese (we used smoked cheddar, bocconcini and Colby)

  • Assorted pitted olives (red, green, black)

  • Pickles

  • Sliced salami or ham

  • Cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • Assorted Pams crackers or cheese straws

  • Stuffed baby peppers

  • Mixed roasted nuts

Method

  1. Use cookie cutters to cut the cheese into festive shapes if desired.

  2. Thread olives, pickles, salami, cherry tomatoes and some of the cheese onto small skewers or toothpicks.

  3. Arrange the skewers, crackers, baby peppers and remaining cheese, on a platter or board in the shape of a wreath.

  4. Fill any gaps in the platter with mixed nuts, then serve and enjoy.
