Farrah Wraps - Wellness Sunflower & Linseed Smoked Chicken Wraps

Delicious and filling smoked chicken wrap made with Farrah Wraps.



  • 1 Wellness Sunflower & Linseed Wrap
  • 100g smoked chicken
  • Mesclun lettuce
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • Cottage cheese
  • Apricot and capsicum chutney

1. Lay the wrap flat on a board and spread over the chutney.

2. On the bottom section of the wrap, layer the mesclun lettuce, smoked chicken, grated carrot and cottage cheese.

3. Fold up the bottom of the wrap, so it covers the fillings.

4. Scrunch together firmly and continue rolling to form your wrap.

5. Cut in half and serve.

Wine suggestion: Chardonnay
