Put a little surprise in the kids lunchboxes this week with these yummy bliss balls! The kids will love you for it.

  • Desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup raisins/ sultanas
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Add the sunflower seeds, dates, raisin/ sultanas, cocoa powder and coconut oil to the food processor and whizz it up. 
  2. Once its done, take it out of the food processor and roll into little balls and then coat in the desiccated coconut.
