            Quick dumpling soup
Warm up with Kenny’s easy-to-follow dumpling soup recipe. Make it your own by adding pre-cooked proteins, tofu, or your favourite condiments.

- 3 cups vegetable stock
 - 1 Tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tsp sesame oil
 - 1 spring onion, thinly sliced, white and green parts separated
 - ½ tsp fish sauce, optional
 - 10 frozen dumplings
 - ½ cup baby spinach
 
Method
- Combine the vegetable stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, white parts of the spring onion and fish sauce, if using, in a medium pot.
 - Bring up to a boil on medium-high heat. Once boiling, add the dumplings.
 - Cover and allow the soup to come back to a boil. Boil for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
 - Remove from the heat and stir in the green parts of the spring onion and spinach.
 - Split the soup into 2 serving bowls. Enjoy!
