15 minute ginger soy dumpling stir fry

Four ingredients and 15 minutes are all you need for this speedy weeknight recipe.

  • 1 Tbsp Pams minced ginger
  • 500g Pams frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 350g Pams Prawn and Pork Dumplings
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce

Method

  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a wok or non-stick frying pan over medium to high heat and stir fry the minced ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the frozen vegetables and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the dumplings and pour over two tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the dumplings and vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Remove the lid, pour over the soy sauce and toss well.
  5. Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.

Top tip:

  • Add a pop of freshness and texture by topping with sliced spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
