New World Te Atatū opening 11th August!

Kia ora Te Atatū Peninsula,

We’re Scott and Ashleigh Jackson, the new owners of New World Te Atatū.

We’ve recently moved to the Peninsula with our two young kids, Barry and Arabella, after four years running New World Tawa in Wellington. Before that, we owned a Four Square in the Bay of Islands. Auckland is home for us, so it’s special to be back and part of this community again.

Being trusted with the local supermarket is something we don’t take lightly. Our focus is simple — to run a great store for the people who shop here every day. That means fresh food done well, shelves full, a clean and easy shopping experience, and a team that genuinely cares.

We’ve spent the past few months building a strong team and getting the store ready, and we know the real work starts once the doors open. We’re committed to listening, improving, and earning the community’s support over time.

We’re also keen to play our part beyond the store — supporting local schools, clubs, and groups where we can.
