Before you shop, tap ‘activate’ in the New World app, see what you need to spend or purchase to score the bonus Club+ Dollars. Make sure to scan your Club+ card at checkout when you shop in store, or use your Club+ account when you shop online. Once you have achieved the offer criteria, your bonus Club+ Dollars will be added to your account automatically. 

If you’re earning Airpoints™, your bonus Club+ Dollars will go towards your next 5 Airpoints conversion in accordance with the Club+ terms and conditions.

Your bonus Club+ Dollars will be added to your account automatically once you’ve met the promotional terms of each offer. You can find the terms and conditions for each offer in your New World app.

Absolutely! Simply use the same Club+ account to shop online and ensure the order is complete and paid for before the promotion ends.

As soon as you have achieved the promotional criteria for the offer, it will disappear from the app. You will instantly be able to see in your account the reward you earned. You will not be able to see the offer once the promotional period has ended.  

Yes! You can still receive My Offers if your chosen currency is Airpoints™ – every 5 Club+ Dollars will automatically convert to 5 Airpoints In accordance with the Club+ terms and conditions.
