New Lynn Click & Collect is going concierge 

From Monday 9 October we are removing collection lockers and our friendly team will bring your groceries direct to your car

As part of our transition to concierge collection we are making online shopping more sustainable by no longer supplying paper shopping bags for this service. This will save you money on your grocery bill and go a long way to meeting our sustainable packaging commitments to you.

What does this mean for you?

• You don’t have to leave your car – we will bring the shop to you. Simply let us know you’ve arrived using the intercom.
• Bring your own bags, basket, or box – we will no longer supply paper bags for this service.
• More online timeslots – we are increasing the number of pick-up concierge timeslots available.

This is just one way we are making your grocery shopping even more convenient!
