Best ever bircher
Throw together rolled oats, milk, probiotic yoghurt, coconut and fruit in a jar the night before, and you’ve got a protein-packed breakfast muesli ready to grab on your way out the door. Lovingly created by Annabel Langbein.
- 500g tub Blueberry Symbio Probalance Yoghurt with Wholegrains
- 1 cup quick-cook rolled oats
- 1 cup coarse thread coconut
- 1 cup Anchor Protein Plus milk
- 2 unpeeled green apples, coarsely grated
- Fresh blueberries or other fruit, to garnish
1. Mix all ingredients except fruit garnish in a bowl or jar.
2. Cover and chill overnight or up to three or four days.
