Oat and berry smoothie
Brilliant for breakfast – this light yet filling smoothie will start your day right with bountiful berries, wholesome oats and tangy yoghurt.
- 1/2 cup Fresh ‘n Fruity Fruit of the Forest yoghurt,
- 1/4 cup Rolled oats,
- 1/2 cup Anchor Protein+ milk,
- 1/4 cup Mixed berries,
1. Add Fresh ‘n Fruity Fruit of the Forest yoghurt, rolled oats, Anchor Protein+ milk and fresh mixed berries into the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve sprinkled with a few oats.
