Ingredients
1/2 cup Fresh ‘n Fruity Fruit of the Forest yoghurt,
1/4 cup Rolled oats,
1/2 cup Anchor Protein+ milk,
1/4 cup Mixed berries,
Method
Add Fresh ‘n Fruity Fruit of the Forest yoghurt, rolled oats, Anchor Protein+ milk and fresh mixed berries into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
