A mocha flavoured brownie that’s super easy to make.

  • 200g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 5 tbsp Moccona Classic Instant Coffee
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 100g chopped dark chocolate

Coffee Cream:

  •  1 tsp sugar
  •  2 tsp Moccona Classic Instant
  •  1 cup chilled whipping cream

Method

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees
  • Grease and line 27x18cm tin
  • Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla and Moccona Classic Instant Coffee
  • Add sifted flour and cocoa
  • Fold in chopped chocolate
  • Bake for 30-45 mins at 150 degrees
  • Serve with coffee cream
