Packed full of goodness and all kinds of fun, these kid-friendly smoothies are made for our tamariki! Whether they prefer a Chunky Monkey, Strawberries & Cream or a Green Hulk smoothie, each of these drinks is just as delicious as they are nutritious; with hidden nuts, veggies and fruit that the kids won’t suspect.
Ingredients
Chunky Monkey Smoothie
1 banana, frozen
Handful fresh spinach
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup ice
Milk of your choice
Strawberries & Cream
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
¼ cup yoghurt of your choice
Handful of cashew nuts
Milk of your choice
Green Hulk Smoothie
1 banana
¼ avocado
Handful of fresh spinach or kale
1 kiwifruit
2tsp chia or hemp seeds
½ cup ice
Milk of your choice
Method
Place all of your chosen smoothie ingredients into a blender, then blend with enough milk to reach your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

Pour any of these smoothies into ice block moulds and freeze overnight for a healthy summer treat!
