Kid-friendly smoothies
Packed full of goodness and all kinds of fun, these kid-friendly smoothies are made for our tamariki! Whether they prefer a Chunky Monkey, Strawberries & Cream or a Green Hulk smoothie, each of these drinks is just as delicious as they are nutritious; with hidden nuts, veggies and fruit that the kids won’t suspect.

Chunky Monkey Smoothie
- 1 banana, frozen
- Handful fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup ice
- Milk of your choice
Strawberries & Cream
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup yoghurt of your choice
- Handful of cashew nuts
- Milk of your choice
Green Hulk Smoothie
- 1 banana
- ¼ avocado
- Handful of fresh spinach or kale
- 1 kiwifruit
- 2tsp chia or hemp seeds
- ½ cup ice
- Milk of your choice
Method
- Place all of your chosen smoothie ingredients into a blender, then blend with enough milk to reach your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

TIP:
Pour any of these smoothies into ice block moulds and freeze overnight for a healthy summer treat!
