
Mango lassi

This drink makes for a perfect sweet dessert! For a deliciously chilled Lassi, freeze the mango slices before blending.
Ingredients
2 x 425g cans Pams Mango Slices in Syrup, drained
1 1/2 cups yoghurt of choice (either natural or mango flavoured)
1 cup Pams Milk of choice
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Method
Place the mango, yoghurt, milk and cardamom into a blender.
Cover and puree until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
