Mango-Lassi

Mango lassi

This drink makes for a perfect sweet dessert! For a deliciously chilled Lassi, freeze the mango slices before blending.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 425g cans Pams Mango Slices in Syrup, drained

  • 1 1/2 cups yoghurt of choice (either natural or mango flavoured)

  • 1 cup Pams Milk of choice

  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom

Method

  1. Place the mango, yoghurt, milk and cardamom into a blender.

  2. Cover and puree until smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
