Mango lassi

Serves 4 large glasses
Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: Not required

This traditional drink makes for a perfect sweet dessert! For a deliciously chilled Lassi, freeze the mango slices before blending.



  • 2 x 425g cans Pams Mango Slices in Syrup, drained 
  • 1 cup yoghurt of choice (either natural or mango flavoured) 
  • 3 cups Pams Milk of choice 
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom

  1. Place the mango, yoghurt, milk and cardamom into a blender. 
  2. Cover and puree until smooth. 
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
