- 2 x 425g cans Pams Mango Slices in Syrup, drained
- 1 cup yoghurt of choice (either natural or mango flavoured)
- 3 cups Pams Milk of choice
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Back to ingredients
- Place the mango, yoghurt, milk and cardamom into a blender.
- Cover and puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
