Smoothie bowls are a fantastic breakfast option for any age, and these three variations are sure to please every palette! Choose toppings to suit your tastes, and have fun decorating these beautiful bowls of goodness. The perfect start to the day!

Ingredients

Method

Chocolate Peanut Butter 
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • To garnish: cocoa powder, coconut flakes, sliced banana, chopped peanuts
Mixed Berry 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Tbsp maple or honey
  • 1 cup ice 
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • To garnish: fresh or frozen berries, chia seeds, sliced banana, mint leaves
Tropical 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango 
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime 
  • To garnish: sliced fruit, coconut flakes
