  • 1-2 slices toasted bread
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup fresh berries
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • ½ tsp chia or hemp seeds

Method

  1. Spread the toast with almond butter and arrange the fresh berries on top. Sprinkle over coconut flakes and chia/hemp seeds, then serve.

Cooks tip: shake things up and use premade pancakes for a twist on this tasty recipe! If you don’t have almond butter available, try peanut or cashew as an alternative.
