Almond butter and berry breakfast toast
Need a quick and easy breakfast for those busy school mornings? This delicious, easy to make almond butter and berry breakfast toast will go down a treat!
- 1-2 slices toasted bread
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- ¼ cup fresh berries
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- ½ tsp chia or hemp seeds
- Spread the toast with almond butter and arrange the fresh berries on top. Sprinkle over coconut flakes and chia/hemp seeds, then serve.
Cooks tip: shake things up and use premade pancakes for a twist on this tasty recipe! If you don’t have almond butter available, try peanut or cashew as an alternative.
