Bircher muesli

The combinations of fruit, yogurt and seeds in this bircher muesli is a winner, and with all of the preparation completed the night before, its ready to go as soon as you wake up

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 granny smith apple grated

  • 3 150g pots Fresh ‘n Fruity Dreamy Lemon Yoghurt

  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts and seeds such as sunflower, flaxseed & almonds

  • 3/4 cup Anchor Calci+ Trim Milk

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to jars and soak overnight.

  2. Grab and go in the morning with an extra dollop of yoghurt or lemon rind if you wish.
