3 ingredient chicken nuggets

We all love a quick dinner recipe with minimal ingredients. These chicken nuggets are made with only 3 ingredients: chicken breast, natural Greek yoghurt and breadcrumbs. Although simple, these tasty little morsels are perfectly crispy and will have gobbling up every last one. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and a side of veggies for a fast weeknight meal.

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 1 cup natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 ¼ cups Pams fine breadcrumbs

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan bake.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces and place into a container with the Greek yoghurt.
  3. Put the lid on the container and shake until the chicken is well coated. Put the breadcrumbs into a second container, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Place the chicken pieces into the container, put the lid on and shake until the chicken is well coated. Place the chicken pieces onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Top tip: Add your favourite herb or spice mix, such as Moroccan or Italian blend, to the breadcrumbs for extra flavoursome nuggets.
