- ¼ cabbage shredded (green, red or a mix)
- 1 carrot cut into matchsticks
- 1 red capsicum thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions thinly sliced
- ½ cucumber cut into ribbons
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- ½ handful fresh mint
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds lightly toasted
- 4 Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
- 100mL Heinz [Seriously]® Good Fiery Chilli & Garlic Aioli
- 2 x 100g Tegels Meal Maker Shredded Roast Chicken
- 2 tbsp roasted salted peanuts chopped
- Dressing
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onions, cucumber, coriander, mint and sesame seeds.
- To make the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well.
- Warm the wraps either in a microwave, on a toasted sandwich press or in a dry frying pan.
- Spread each wrap with a layer of chilli & garlic aioli, then top with a generous helping of slaw, chicken and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts.
- Carefully roll and enjoy!
