- 1x One Night in Mexico Smokey Chipotle Taco kit. (Contains 10 tortillas with corn, seasoning and taco sauce)
- 500g Diced Chicken
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Red capsicum and grilled pineapple or a selection of your favourite fresh ingredients to serve
Method
1. FLAVOUR THINGS UP
Combine diced chicken and seasoning in a bowl and mix until well coated. Heat pan to medium/medium-high. Add chicken and oil and stir occasionally. Cook for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
2. HEAT
Open tortilla pouch, discard freshness sachet and heat in microwave on moderately high for 35 seconds OR heat pan on high heat, flip tortilla occasionally for 10 seconds or until toasted to your liking.
3. CREATE
Have fun building your taco by mixing and matching your fresh toppings. We love this taco with red capsicum and grilled pineapple! Don’t forget to drizzle your Smokey Chipotle taco sauce (included in the kit) at the end for the perfect finish!
