Banoffe Caramel Cups

- 1 Simply Dessert Banoffee Caramel Cups Meal Kit (the kit includes 100g butter, 260g Annabel's Crumble Mix, 300ml Cream, 3 bananas, 150g Annabel's Caramel Fudge Sauce, 1 chocolate bar)
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C conventional and line a shallow baking tray with baking paper for easy
clean up. - Cut 100g of the butter and melt. Place Annabel’s Crumble Mix in a bowl, add the melted butter
and stir until evenly combined. Put to one side. - Spread Annabel’s Crumble Mix loosely onto prepared tray and bake until golden, 15 minutes.
- Cool before using. (The cooked crumble will keep in a sealed container for up to a week.)
- In a mixing bowl, whip cream to soft peaks. Peel and slice the bananas thinly.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of Annabel’s Crumble Mix into 4 serving glasses. Top each glass with ¼ cup sliced bananas and 1 tbsp caramel sauce. Spoon ¼ cup of whipped cream on top. Repeat layers of crumble, bananas, caramel sauce, and cream.
- Divide the chocolate bar in four and crumble a quarter over the top of each dessert.
Annabel's tips:
- For ease of assembly, transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag, or use
a clean plastic bag with a corner snipped off to squeeze out the cream. - Assemble this dessert within an hour of serving so that the bananas don’t brown, and
Annabel’s Crumble Mix remains crunchy. - This makes 4 generous servings and could easily serve 6 in smaller glasses.
