Strawberry Shortcake Sundae
This scrumptious strawberry shortcake sundae is the most simple summer dessert! With only four ingredients, this delicious desert is quick, easy and perfect for summer.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- Half a packet of shortbread biscuits
- Vanilla bean ice cream (about 3 scoops per person)
Method
- Cut strawberries into bite size pieces.
- Put the strawberries in a pot on a medium-low heat with the sugar and water. Bring them to a simmer and cook for 5-8mins until syrupy.
- Crumble a couple shortbread biscuits into the bottom of the glass.
- Layer with the stewed strawberries and then the vanilla ice cream on top.
- Repeat the layers twice.
