Black and white cheesecake

Serves 8

Cooking time: 10 minutes

"Travelling in the U.S.A. inspired me to create a tasty cheesecake which we all love."



  • 1 packet chocolate biscuits
  • 100g butter
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 100ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp icing sugar
  • Mixture of fresh berries
View the method
  1. Crush the biscuits in a bag.
  2. Melt the butter and combine with the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Press into a 20cm loose bottomed tin, covered with baking paper.
  4. Soften cream cheese for 30 sec in Microwave, on high.
  5. Mix in icing sugar and vanilla.
  6. Melt chocolate in Microwave on Power level 5, or medium.
  7. Beat cream till stiff.
  8. Combine melted chocolate, cream and cream cheese mixture.
  9. It sets almost immediately.
  10. Place on top of biscuit mixture.
  11. Refridgerate till firm.
  12. Decorate with your choice or berries, cherries or other fruit.
