- 1 tin evaporated milk
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk (adjust quantity as per your requirement of sweetness)
- 1 tin fresh cream
- Any fresh / dry fruit
- 1 tin lychees (drained & chopped)
- Few drops rose essence
- Few drops red food colour
- Mix all ingredients together and freeze.
- You can use small kulfi moulds or simply pour into a larger dish.
- When half frozen beat once with spoon to reduce ice crystals.
- Freeze completely - for about 3 hours.
- Cut and serve.
