  • ½ cup berry yoghurt
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
Kiwi Coconut
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  • ¼ cup black or white chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 green kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced

Berries & Cream

  1. In a popsicle mould, spoon ½ the vanilla yoghurt amongst the 4 moulds. Scatter in ½ of the berries, then top with the berry yoghurt. Scatter over the remaining berries, then top with the leftover vanilla yoghurt.

  2. Freeze overnight, then enjoy.
