Salted butterscotch sauce

Our decadent, salted butterscotch sauce is the perfect pairing with a wide range of sweet treats. Try it drizzled on our Walnut Banana Bread for a tasty post-dinner meal.

Salted butterscotch sauce



  • ½ cup Pams Brown Sugar
  • 60g Pams Butter
  • ½ cup Pams Cream
  • ½ tsp flaky sea salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a medium high heat.
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for a further ten minutes, stirring until it becomes a thick, caramel sauce.
  3. Serve over your favourite dessert, or store in a clean, glass jar in the fridge for later.
