- ½ cup Pams Brown Sugar
- 60g Pams Butter
- ½ cup Pams Cream
- ½ tsp flaky sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a medium high heat.
- Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for a further ten minutes, stirring until it becomes a thick, caramel sauce.
- Serve over your favourite dessert, or store in a clean, glass jar in the fridge for later.
