- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 18 cherries, with stems

- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the chocolate in a small bowl and place in a microwave. Heat on full power (100%) for about 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir until smooth.
- Dip the cherries into the chocolate, hold for a few seconds over the bowl of chocolate to allow the excess to fall off before placing on the prepared tray. Refrigerate if required to allow the chocolate to set.
- Serve chilled.
