- • 375g packet frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Tenders -Southern Style
- ½ long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 ripe avocados, roughly mashed
- ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander, plus extra, for garnish
- 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
- 9 small flour tortillas, warmed or charred
- Lime wedges and extra sliced red chilli, for garnish
Method
- Cook frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Tenders following packet directions.
- Meanwhile, combine chilli and avocado. Combine coriander with cabbage.
- Spread warm tortillas with avocado. Top with cabbage and cooked fish.
- Serve garnished with lime wedges, fresh coriander and chilli.
Top tip:
- Pair this with a spicy mango salsa, to add a bit of sweetness.
