
Spicy shrimp curry

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 tsp crushed chillies (add according to taste)
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp garam masala
300g Frozen Cooked Shrimps
Salt to taste
2 cups water
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions, cumin and fenugreek seeds and cook for a few minutes.
Add the ginger, chillies and garlic and then the turmeric and garam masala powder.
Add the shrimps and salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat then add 2 cups of water.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve with rice.
