Gluten free orange cake
"Absolutely wonderful Gluten free Orange Cake. It's super easy to make and easy to eat! Serve warm for Dessert or cold with Tea or Coffee."

- 1 Orange
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 140g Oil
- 1 1/2 Cups rice flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Roughly Chop the Orange (rind and all) and process in a Blender until fine.
- Add the Eggs, Oil, and Sugar and process.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the Flour and Baking Powder. Do not over mix.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 40mins at 180C.
