Sticky sriracha meatballs
A warm and wonderful weeknight meal with a touch of spice! These succulent pork meatballs are cooked until caramelised and coated in a sweet, sticky sriracha sauce.

- 500g pork mince
 - 1 onion, grated
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - ½ cup Pams Panko Breadcrumbs
 - 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
 - ⅓ cup sriracha sauce
 - ½ cup chicken stock
 - ¼ cup Pams Squeezable Honey
 
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the pork mince, onion, egg, breadcrumbs and oyster sauce. Add half of the sriracha and half of the honey, then season with pepper.
 - Roll into balls, then pan-fry in batches with a drizzle of oil for 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until almost cooked through.
 - Return all meatballs to the pan, then pour over the remaining sriracha, honey and the chicken stock.
 - Gently stir to combine and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened and coats the meatballs. Serve while hot with your choice of sides, and enjoy!
 
Top tip: We serve these meatballs with fluffy jasmine rice, crisp slaw and a sprinkle of sliced spring onion for a delectable meal solution.
