A tasty and inexpensive recipe made using the secret ingredient of tomato soup.
- 6 sausages
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 6-8 mushrooms
- 450g can tomato soup
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Boil sausages for 5-10 minutes in a pot.
- Remove and chop into pieces.
- Add to a frying pan with a little oil and brown, then add the rest of the ingredients except for the tomato soup.
- Cook for about 5-10 minutes then add the tomato soup and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
