"I'm hung---" have snacks at the ready before they can even finish. These quick options are ideal for hungry homeworkers and adults alike. 



  • 1 sliced apple
  • ¼ cup peanut butter 
  • 2Tbsp toasted flaked almonds
  • 1Tbsp dark chocolate chips

  1. Take apple slices and lay them on a plate or board. 
  2. Spread generously with peanut butter, then garnish with flaked almonds and chocolate chips. 
Alternatives: if you have a peanut allergy, choose a nut butter that suits your requirements and top with garnishes such as chia seeds, coconut or puffed rice!
