Smoked salmon avocado crackers

"I'm hung---" have snacks at the ready before they can even finish. These quick options are ideal for hungry homeworkers and adults alike. 



  • 2 flatbread crackers
  • ¼ avocado, sliced 
  • 50g hot smoked salmon 
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Pinch of chilli flakes

  1. Lay a cracker on a plate or board. Place avocado slices on the cracker, and follow with flaked salmon pieces. 
  2. Garnish with fresh lemon zest, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.

Alternatives: for a twist on this snack, use a smoked fish of your choice and serve with a small dollop of aioli.
