Smoked salmon avocado crackers
"I'm hung---" have snacks at the ready before they can even finish. These quick options are ideal for hungry homeworkers and adults alike.
- 2 flatbread crackers
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 50g hot smoked salmon
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- Lay a cracker on a plate or board. Place avocado slices on the cracker, and follow with flaked salmon pieces.
- Garnish with fresh lemon zest, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Alternatives: for a twist on this snack, use a smoked fish of your choice and serve with a small dollop of aioli.
