Ingredients
2 flatbread crackers
¼ avocado, sliced
50g hot smoked salmon
Zest of ½ lemon
Pinch of chilli flakes
Method
Lay a cracker on a plate or board. Place avocado slices on the cracker, and follow with flaked salmon pieces.
Garnish with fresh lemon zest, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Alternatives: for a twist on this snack, use a smoked fish of your choice and serve with a small dollop of aioli.
