Strawberry santas
The ultimate kid-friendly Christmas snack, these strawberry santas are the fun festive treat you’ve been searching for. Dark chocolate eyes and buttons, whipped cream cheese beards, banana faces and strawberry hats are what make these santas sing.

- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp icing sugar
- 12 strawberries
- 1-2 bananas
- Dark chocolate, melted
Method
- In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese and icing sugar until well combined. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip nozzle.
- Slice the leaves off the strawberries, then cut a third off the tip of each strawberry for the santa hats.
- Pipe the whipped cream cream onto each strawberry base.
- Slice the banana and place a piece on top of each strawberry. Top with a strawberry santa hat.
- Place the melted dark chocolate in a piping bag and pipe on chocolate eyes and buttons. Pipe a little extra whipped cream cheese on top, then serve.
