The Warou or Welcome Swallow are birds that enjoy flying with their flock and this Pinot Noir is made to enjoy with good mates. It has a fine structure with aromas of red liquorice, violets and wet stone; with tart cherry, raspberry and dried herbs on the palate.

Pairing Recommendation:

Superb with grilled salmon with dill and roast potatoes.
