Deans Shanks

Cooking time: 45 minutes

"Rich, meaty winter dish, to be enjoyed with friends and family, along with a red wine!"



  • 1/2 cup Worcester sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chilli sauce
  • Tin of chopped tomatoes in juice
  • 3-6 shanks

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl and marinate shanks 30 minutes to overnight
  2. Brown shanks.
  3. Put all in pressure cooker, add tomatoes, cook on 2 rings, 45 minutes for meat to fall off bone, alternatively bake in low oven or slow cooker for 8 hours.
