- 1/2 cup Worcester sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chilli sauce
- Tin of chopped tomatoes in juice
- 3-6 shanks
- Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl and marinate shanks 30 minutes to overnight
- Brown shanks.
- Put all in pressure cooker, add tomatoes, cook on 2 rings, 45 minutes for meat to fall off bone, alternatively bake in low oven or slow cooker for 8 hours.
