Stuffed mushrooms

  • Chicken
  • Mushrooms



  • 24 large button mushrooms
  • Chicken liver pâté
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • Breadcrumbs, to coat
  • Canola oil, for frying
  1. Remove caps from mushrooms and spoon the pâté into cavity.
  2. Dip the mushrooms in eggs, then breadcrumbs. Repeat this step.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
