Stuffed mushrooms
"I re-created this recipe after having something similar in a restaurant. Delicious little morsels."

Ingredients
Method
- 24 large button mushrooms
- Chicken liver pâté
- 2 eggs, whisked
- Breadcrumbs, to coat
- Canola oil, for frying
- Remove caps from mushrooms and spoon the pâté into cavity.
- Dip the mushrooms in eggs, then breadcrumbs. Repeat this step.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
