- 2 feijoas
- nuts of your choice
Method
- Purchase pavlova or meringues from your local supermarket.
- Top with whipped cream
- Peel 1 or 2 ripe feijoa's with a potato peeler.
- Slice and display on top of pavlova.
- Sprinkle with nuts.

- I tried to cook my own pavlova but it went flat, what did I do wrong?
- Pavlovas can go flat for a number of reasons, we have all been there! One reason could be that not enough air was incorporated into the egg white mixture. Another is that the pavlova shrunk during the cooling period and collapsed. Lastly, the pavlova could have flattened once you added sugar to the egg whites, and you will notice the meringue mixture has deflated and become runny. If this happens, feel free to try again or buy a premade pavlova!
