Feijoa & Pavlova

Feijoas are really versatile and can be used in both sweet and savory dishes. This NZ grown fruit is in season from April to June - So give this delicious recipe a try and make the most of feijoa season.



  • pavlova or meringues
  • 2 feijoas
  • nuts of your choice

  1. Purchase pavlova or meringues from your local supermarket.
  2. Top with whipped cream
  3. Peel 1 or 2 ripe feijoa's with a potato peeler. 
  4. Slice and display on top of pavlova.
  5. Sprinkle with nuts.
